Why nutrition for preconception?
Because I see how lost and overwhelmed most conceiving couples and women are.
And that’s exactly why I offer them what is missing in the standard healthcare system: empathy, time (vs. a 15-minutes GP consultation), and the motivation to dive deep together with my clients and look for the root cause of their subfertility.
As a certified nutritionist and hormone expert, specialized in fertility and pregnancy, I offer a holistic approach. I go beyond a Googlable “fertility diet”, and tailor my recommendations in terms of diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes to each of my clients.

Why nutrition for pregnancy?
Because most pregnant women are only told what they should NOT eat, and not which foods will help them grow a healthy and beautiful baby, but also make them feel great during pregnancy, delivery, and beyond.
And yes, prenatal information is all over the net, but it’s often anxiety-inducing and confusing, making it hard to see the forest for the trees.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping pregnant women truly nourish their baby and body at each stage of pregnancy, and use nutrition to alleviate pregnancy-related discomforts such as nausea, reflux, or constipation.

Why nutrition for moms?
Because they put the needs of others before their own. Because they’re superwomen too often running on low power. Because they’re strong yet fragile and because their wellness affects each member of their nest.
And probably also because I’m one of them. I went through 3 pregnancies, 3 deliveries, and 3 challenging post-partums. I’ve been juggling daily life (and struggles) with a healthy nest for the past 14 years.
Now it’s my turn to help moms become the best version of themselves and run on superpower – most of the time (because hey, we’re just human).

My 5 Coaching Principles
1. Don't diet
I will never put you on a diet because I don’t believe they are sustainable. Instead, I can help you adopt healthy habits you actually enjoy.
2. TAKE IT ONE BITE AT A TIME
If you aim for a drastic change in just a few weeks, then you’re looking for a diet. I help my clients change their dietary habits step by step based on where they are and what they like.
3. START WITH YOURSELF
I believe you can only change your family’s health if you create healthy habits for yourself first. Your newfound energy will be inspiring for everyone around you.
4. BE YOUR OWN HEALTH COACH
I don’t tell my clients what to do, I teach them how to do it.
5. 80-20 RULE
Eat healthy most of the time, and don’t freak out over a plate of French Fries. A healthy body has no problem handling a little crap once in a while.
