Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition coaching consists of one-on-one nutrition coaching (in person or through Skype), typically spread over 2 to 6 months.
The length and number of sessions depend on your individual needs, goals, availability and budget.
If you don’t know where to start when it comes to healthy eating or you’d like to get rid of certain health issues naturally, then a nutrition coach may be just what you need.
My aim is to help you define a nutritional lifestyle that works for you and can become part of your life sustainably.
As a coach I will literally “coach” you through the transformation process, one bite at a time.
Nutrition coaching can help you:
- Gain energy and boost your immunity

If you suffer from IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) I can guide you through the low FODMAP diet. This is a scientifically proven method that enables you to identify the foods that trigger your digestive symptoms. A FODMAP diet is typically spread over 4 to 6 months.
