Easy & healthy watermelon popsicles

Homemade popsicles are a great invention for health-minded busy people like us.

With a bit of planning I usually manage to have a few different tastes in my freezer, ready to pop out on hot summer days.

Check out these berry popsicles for an equally delicious alternative with berries, bananas and coconut milk.

These watermelon popsicles are even much simpler as they contain just watermelon and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired. We like them plain like this, but for sweeter teeth you may want to add a bit of honey, maple syrup or date caramel.

If you want to read more about the health benefits of watermelon, read this article "Top 9 health benefits of eating watermelon”.

You’ll love them because they are:

  • Vegan
  • Gluten-free
  • Dairy-free
  • Sugar-free
