Pregnancy Nutrition Support (4–9 months)

Ongoing support, with science-based guidance to carry you from early pregnancy to postpartum recovery.

This program includes everything you need to support each trimester with confidence, including test analysis, personalized plans, symptom support, and direct access to me via WhatsApp for your peace of mind in between sessions.

The package includes:

  • Functional bloodwork review. I’ll guide you on what to test at each stage. You can request labs from your midwife, or I can order them for you through my partner lab.

  • 90-minute intake session (Zoom). A deep dive into your health history, test results, and symptoms to map out your personalized plan.

  • Personalized supplement plan. Tailored to your needs and updated as your pregnancy progresses.

  • Trimester-specific nutrition guidance. You’ll get dedicated trimester nutrition support tailored to what your body and baby need most at each stage.

  • Regular follow-up sessions (every 6 weeks, via Zoom). To track progress, adjust your plan, and answer questions.

  • Unlimited WhatsApp support between sessions. Ask your questions, share updates, and get support whenever you need it.

  • Postpartum recovery prep. We’ll plan your nutrition for postpartum recovery starting in your third trimester, so you feel confident and supported after birth.
  • Your personal online dashboard. Easy access to your supplement plan, session notes, recipes, handouts, and videos, all in one place

Pregnancy Power Session:
90-minute prenatal nutrition consult

A one-off deep dive prenatal nutrition session for women who want expert input on a specific issue. From navigating gestational diabetes or severe nausea, to cutting through supplement confusion or preparing for birth and postpartum recovery

  • Pre-session questionnaire and testing if relevant

Frequently asked questions

All sessions take place online via Zoom, or at the midwifery Femme Amsterdam if you are a client of theirs.

No, they aren’t. I trained in the US and through international programs, so I don’t fall under the reimbursement frameworks in the Netherlands.
That said, this gives me the freedom to work outside the limitations of the Dutch system and to use the full scope of my expertise in fertility, pregnancy, hormone health, and functional nutrition.

No, I keep my schedule flexible to make sure new clients can usually get started within 4 weeks max.
