EATING-4-VITALITY COACHING PROGRAM

My Eating-4-Vitality coaching program consists of one-on-one nutrition coaching (in person or through Skype), typically spread over 1, 2 or 3 months. The length and number of sessions depend on individual needs, goals, availability and budget.

Through my personal approach I'll teach you easy-to-adopt dietary changes based on your individual health issues, barriers, and objectives.

  • In-depth intake session (1.5h)

  • 2 follow-up sessions (45 min - every 2 weeks)

  • Detailed personalized report with recommendations in terms of diet, supplements, and lifestyle

  • Free 20-minute check-up 2 months after our last session

Cost: 225 EUR/ 279 USD

Plus Package
(6 weeks)

 

  • Free 20-minute introduction call

  • In-depth intake session (1.5h)

  • Personal 7-day meal plan with recipes

Premium Package
(3 months)

Good to know:

Sessions can take place by Skype, phone, or in person in Amsterdam

I consult in English, French, and Dutch

Extra follow-up sessions can be booked separately whenever desired and cost 50 EUR/60 USD each

Why?

Many people are convinced their diet is perfectly healthy. Yet, when I dig a little deeper and take a closer look at what they eat, I often notice their diet is lacking some crucial elements such as fiber, protein, healthy fats, or certain minerals and vitamins. This often explains why they’re feeling tired, or bloated, or simply not 100%.

How does it work?

Track everything you eat and drink for 7 days with my unique online diet journal. Give me a few days to analyze your journal and draft a personalized report just for you.

80-20 Rule

Eat healthy most of the time, and don't freak out over a plate of French Fries. A healthy body has no problem handling a little crap once in a while.
